Sometimes you wonder whether we've learned anything at all as a species. If this hadn't been in the Toronto Star , and didn't have photographic evidence to back it up, I wouldn't believe such a thing was possible in this 21st century.

I don't know what else to say, the article pretty much captures the monumental stupidity of it quite well.
